Sergey Shapiguzov

Sergey Shapiguzov currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at FBK Group since February 2022 and has held the position of Managing Partner at FBK (Grant Thornton) since September 1990, focusing on administrative and business development activities. Previously, Sergey was a member of the Board of Directors at MDM Bank from 2007 to 2009, where Sergey chaired the Audit Committee. Sergey also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Moscow State University from January 1975 to September 1990, specializing in accounting and financial analysis. Sergey holds a PhD in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, along with a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and an additional degree in Economics from the same institution.
