Marize Yuri Higa has extensive work experience as a graphic designer. Most recently, they worked at Grupo FCamara as a Senior Graphic Designer/Branding, where they focused on developing strategies, concepts, and communication materials for the company's go-to-market and institutional teams. Prior to that, they worked at Rede Graal as a Graphic Designer and Brand Coordinator for nearly seven years. Marize also gained experience as a Junior Graphic Producer at Pia Sociedade de São Paulo and as a Graphic Designer at Uai Brasil Publicidade. Marize Yuri has worked on various design projects for different organizations, including Instituto Lado a Lado pela Vida, ZGraph, RXSG Media, and Arturb. Additionally, Marize has worked as an intern at Tide Hellmeiter and Seragini Farné Guardado Design. Marize Yuri Higa obtained a Master's degree in Branding from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in the year 2011. Marize Yuri pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at Senac Brasil from 2000 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Marize acquired various qualifications. Marize Yuri completed an Extension course in UX Design at Mergo User Experience in 2020. Marize Yuri also obtained a UI+Mobile degree in Design and Visual Communication from the same institution in the same year. Additionally, in 2019, they completed an Extension course in UX at Mergo User Experience and an UX/UI Design degree in Design and Visual Communication from Gama Academy.

Marize also pursued fast courses and workshops to enhance their skills. In 2016, they attended a Marketing Strategy fast course at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Furthermore, in 2015, they participated in a workshop on Marketing at IBN (Brazilian Institute of Neuroeconomy and Neuromarketing).

Regarding certifications, Marize has obtained numerous qualifications. Marize Yuri obtained a UX metric básico certification from Punk Metric - Huxley Dias in April 2022. In March 2022, they acquired a Solução de Problemas, Heurística e Inovação - Básico certification from Criaviva Consultoria - Facilitação de Reuniões. Earlier in February 2022, they completed a Curso de UX NTT Data at Awari.

In 2021, Marize attended the HXconf 2021 - 1ª Conferência de Human Experience Design organized by Design From Human. In 2018, they obtained a Branding e Estratégia de negócios certification from InfoBranding, and in 2017, they attended the Branding Summit organized by Martha Gabriel Consulting & Education. Marize Yuri also acquired a Manifesto Branding certification from Ideia de Marketing in 2015 and completed a Workshop on Branding - Criação e Brand Manager at Integra in 2009.
