Lisa Parrinello, MS, CIC, CLCS has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President, Risk Management and Insurance Services at FCCS since May 2023. Before this, they worked as the Director, Underwriting and Insurance Programs at FCCS from June 2021 to May 2023, and as the Director, Risk Management and Insurance Programs from August 2019 to June 2021. Prior to joining FCCS, Lisa was a Senior Account Executive, Risk Management and Insurance at FCCS from January 2017 to August 2019.

Before their time at FCCS, Lisa worked at Sisk & Co. as the Vice President of Operations, Property & Casualty from April 2015 to January 2017. Their role included overseeing the primary operations of the energy services department, managing a team of 10 employees, implementing quality control measures, maintaining relationships with carriers/underwriters, and servicing accounts as an Account Executive.

Lisa also has experience working at Hub International as an Account Executive from August 2011 to April 2014, where they were responsible for managing client's Property and Casualty insurance programs and maintaining client relationships. Prior to that, Lisa worked at Marsh as an Assistant Vice President, Global Risk Management Casualty Broker from January 2006 to June 2011, where they developed and implemented global insurance solutions for clients.

Their career in the insurance industry began at Hub International as an Associate Account Executive from June 2003 to January 2006, where they assisted top Producers in the New Business Department and monitored sales results.

Through their various roles, Lisa has gained expertise in risk management, insurance program design, carrier interface, relationship management, and negotiations. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree and certifications in Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS).

Lisa Parrinello has a strong educational background with diverse areas of study. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from New York University from 1999 to 2003. Lisa then pursued a Masters of Science (M.S.) degree in Elementary Education from Touro University between 2007 and 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lisa has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Lisa is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), having been certified by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. Lisa has also obtained the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) certification from the Hartford School of Insurance. Furthermore, Lisa holds a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker license issued by the State of Colorado Insurance Department.
