Mike Taylor has over a decade of experience in IT service management, currently serving as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator and Lead Major Incident Manager at FCDO Services since February 2012. In this role, Mike leads the management of critical incidents within an ISO accredited process, ensuring effective resolution through the Problem Management Process. Previous positions include Service Delivery Manager, Change Manager, and Incident Coordinator, with responsibilities covering incident detection, diagnosis, and resolution. Prior experience includes service delivery roles at Echo and serving as a VOC Champion at Unisys. Mike holds various qualifications, including a Servicenow toolset administration certification and ITIL V3 foundation training, complemented by a stronger foundation from Ousedale School, where eight GCSEs were achieved.
