Mourad Ennar

Mourad ENNAR is a seasoned Senior Programme Manager at FCO Services.gov.uk since March 2011, where responsibilities include planning and delivering the Tunisia programme aligned with British Embassy objectives and resolving complex programme issues, particularly following the 2011 Tunisia uprising. Prior to this role, Mourad ENNAR served as a Program Manager at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) from May 2001 to June 2011 and played a crucial role in establishing the IOM Tunis Mission while implementing projects focused on return and reintegration, livelihoods support, migration, and community stabilization. Educational qualifications include project management coursework at Senghor University in Cairo, a Master’s degree from the National Institute of Social Studies (INTES), and a certificate in International Studies from the Institute for International Studies.
