Ilan Bielas is the current head of analytics and business intelligence for Fan Controlled Football. Ilan has also worked as an associate lecturer for sports management at Columbia University, as well as a director for business intelligence and marketing analytics at Penn Interactive, and director of marketing and fan intelligence at XFL. Ilan has also interned with Ernst & Young in both their audit and horizon programs. Lastly, they have also worked as a camp counselor at Camp Israel Ami Mini Camp for 3 months.
