Michelle Yoshida

Michelle Yoshida currently serves as the Learning Design and Development Manager at FCH Enterprises, Inc. since January 2022, after holding the position of Content Developer & e-Learning Administrator from November 2004 to January 2021. In this role, Michelle has created engaging eLearning modules and developed training materials for Zippy's Restaurants, focusing on a variety of topics such as Cyber Security and Human Resources. Previous experience includes serving as the Education and Development Manager, where Michelle specialized in compliance with standard operating procedures and nutrition laws, impacting multiple restaurant locations. Earlier in the career at Zippy's Restaurants, Michelle held various positions including Working Supervisor and Assistant Manager. Prior experience as an Optometric Assistant at Dr. Au and Lau's Optometry involved direct patient care and administrative tasks. Michelle earned an Associate's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Leeward Community College.
