Thomas Cates

Thomas Cates has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Thomas is currently working at FCN Bank N.A. as the Chief Compliance Officer since April 2023. Previously, they worked as a Compliance Analyst at FCN Bank N.A. from April 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, they were an Examiner at the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions starting from January 2021. From April 2019 to January 2021, they held the position of Quality Control & CRA Officer at Wayne Bank. Thomas also worked at MainSource Bank as a Loan Review Officer from June 1998 to April 2018 and as a CRA Officer from June 2015 to July 2016.
