Erick Slabaugh

Erick Slabaugh is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the construction management and safety integration sectors. As the Founder and CEO of FCP Insight since 2008, Erick developed a cloud-based software solution tailored for the electrical trade contracting industry, addressing inefficiencies in traditional business operations. Concurrently, Erick has served as CEO of Absco Solutions since 1994, specializing in fire-life safety and security systems for notable clients across the NorthWest. Additionally, Erick has contributed to the Entrepreneurs' Organization as an EO Strategy Summit Facilitator and former member of the Global Board of Directors, reflecting a strong commitment to supporting business leaders globally. Past involvement includes a membership in the Rotary Club of Seattle and a role as Executive Vice President at ZanderWatch. Erick's educational background includes studies at the University of Washington and graduation from Shorewood High School.
