Gea Krechting has a strong background in customer service and sales support. Gea is currently working as the Manager of Customer Service & Sales Support at FD Mediagroep since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Het Financieele Dagblad as a Channel Manager inbound from October 2015 to January 2020. Before that, they had an extensive tenure at Sanoma, where they held various roles including Channel Manager Inbound Sales from November 2010 to September 2015, Project Manager from January 2008 to October 2010, and Client Service Manager from 2004 to 2008. Gea also worked at Sanoma as the Manager of Backoffice Customer Service from 2001 to 2003, where they were responsible for leading three teamleads and 45 employees. Gea began their career at D-reizen as a Call Center Supervisor from 1997 to 2000 and later became a Call Center Teamlead from 1994 to 1997. Throughout their career, Gea has demonstrated their ability to manage teams, improve customer service processes, and successfully implement projects.
Gea Krechting completed their education at Beeckestijn Business School in 2018, obtaining a degree in Registered Service Excellence Professional in the field of study Post- HBO Service Excellence. In addition to their degree, Gea has obtained two additional certifications. In October 2022, they received a certification in Datavisualisatie from Beeckestijn Business School. Furthermore, in March 2022, they completed the opleiding CRM & Analytics from Passionned Group.
