Axel Torstenson

Axel Torstenson has extensive work experience, starting with FE where they worked from 2010 to 2020. During this time, they held various roles including Sales Consultant, Account Manager, and Deputy Head of Institutional Account Management. As a Sales Consultant, they specialized in FE's data mining Excel based tool, FinXL, and played a key role in pitching and supporting the sale and set up process. Axel also worked as an Account Manager, managing client accounts and ensuring their needs were met. In their role as Deputy Head of Institutional Account Management, Axel managed a junior team, provided support to their accounts, and conducted monthly discussions and semi-annual reviews. In 2020, Axel joined FE fundinfo as a Senior Account Manager & Asset Manager Client Team Lead, where they are responsible for managing larger clients and ensuring they receive top-quality data and services. Axel is also involved in maintaining product and industry knowledge and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements.

Axel Torstenson attended Durham University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned an MChem degree in Chemistry.
