Delali Dzirasa

Delali Dzirasa is the Founder and CEO of Fearless Solutions, LLC, where they have been working since 2009. Delali is also the CEO of Fearless Sports, starting in 2020. Dzirasa served as the Chair of Hack Baltimore from September 2018 to January 2021, organizing innovation events to address challenges in Baltimore. Delali is a Co-Founder and Steering Committee Member of Digital Services Coalition, a non-profit organization driving government's digital transformation, from August 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, Dzirasa is a Board Member of UMBC's CSEE Visiting Committee, starting in January 2012 and ending in January 2019. Delali chaired and organized DevOpsDays Baltimore from an unspecified start date to 2018. Dzirasa co-founded Baltimore Young Professionals (BYP) in July 2013 and was involved until December 2016. Delali held various roles, including VP Outreach YAC and Social Chair YAC, at AFCEA International's Central Maryland Chapter from 2009 to 2010. Dzirasa worked as a Consultant at RTGX from June 2009 to April 2010 and as an SPT Sub Contractor at TexelTek, Inc. from October 2008 to May 2009.

Delali Dzirasa pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, attending the institution from 1998 to 2004.
