Juspal Manic

Juspal Manic has a strong background in the payments industry, with extensive experience in various roles at TSYS. Juspal started in 2001 as an Information Management Consultant, where they identified and developed database solutions for management information. Juspal then became a Six Sigma Consultant, deploying quality initiatives across the European Division. Juspal later served as the Vendor Management lead, managing relationships with vendors in the payment industry.

Manic then moved into roles focused on client services and relationship management, where they took on increasing levels of responsibility. Juspal led executive client relationships in Central Europe, managed the European relationship for a major North American financial institution, and oversaw a technology department within the payments value chain. Juspal'sroles involved driving growth, consulting, and optimizing IT landscapes.

Most recently, Manic served as the Senior Vice President Of Client Consulting at TSYS, leading the International Client Consulting & Delivery Practice. Juspal provided comprehensive consulting services in risk and fraud, portfolio analytics, digital experience, and machine learning. Manic's strategic focus was on advising clients in the payments value chain to grow their businesses through consulting and the delivery of new product solutions.

In 2024, Manic joined Featurespace as the President EMEA & APAC, continuing their career in the payments industry.

Juspal Manic has a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Executive MBA International Banking from NIMBAS, Bradford - Graduate School of Management (GB). Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Information Systems & Technology from City, University of London. Juspal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies. Additionally, Juspal has certifications in Microsoft SQL Server Database, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
