Gonçalo Ferreira

Gonçalo Ferreira is a Project Leader and Senior Consultant at Kaizen Institute Western Europe, where since February 2021, project management and delivery have occurred across North America and Europe in industries including pharmaceuticals, banking, FMCG, and manufacturing. Previously, as a Consultant, Gonçalo Ferreira achieved significant results in various sectors, focusing on performance management and process optimization. In addition to professional roles, Gonçalo Ferreira has been a handball player with Federação de Andebol de Portugal since June 2007 and with FC Porto from August 2009 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from both Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and Politecnico di Milano.
