Shelby Geller, MPA, currently serves as a Principal Hazardous Materials Aviation Safety Analyst at the Federal Aviation Administration since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shelby was a Policy Analyst (Detailee) at the Office of Management and Budget, where responsibilities included analyzing regulations and economic analyses in line with Executive Order 12866. Shelby also worked as a Transportation Regulatory Specialist at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration from June 2016 to August 2022, leading multiple rulemaking projects to advance hazardous materials transportation safety. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and ARPC, and extension consulting for Phi Sigma Sigma, Inc., where chapter programming and leadership development were the focus. Shelby holds a Master of Public Administration in Regulatory Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University.
