Nancy Bansal

Nancy Bansal has a diverse work experience in various roles. Nancy started their career as a Project Intern at Unit InfoTech, where they performed functional testing, worked on bug fixing, and developed web applications and databases. Nancy then worked at Syntel as a Data Analyst and Report Developer, where they consulted, transformed, and analyzed commercial and personal data sets. Nancy also built numerous reports, dashboards, and KPIs using iReport Designer and JasperSoft, improving customer engagement and sales conversion rate. Nancy later joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Nancy then pursued their Master's degree in IT and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, where they also worked as a Student Worker. Currently, they are with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, where they have held various roles, starting as a Systems and Reporting Analyst and progressing to Director of Business Technology and Systems.

Nancy Bansal earned a Master's degree in Information Science/Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from DAVIET, JALANDHAR, from 2008 to 2012. Nancy's education history also includes attending DAV Sr. Sec. Public School from 1994 to 2008, although no degree or field of study is specified for that period. In terms of additional certifications, Nancy obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certifications from Scrum Alliance in 2022 and completed the Percepta Pathbuilders program from Pathbuilders in 2020.
