Nancy Bansal has a diverse work experience in various roles. Nancy started their career as a Project Intern at Unit InfoTech, where they performed functional testing, worked on bug fixing, and developed web applications and databases. Nancy then worked at Syntel as a Data Analyst and Report Developer, where they consulted, transformed, and analyzed commercial and personal data sets. Nancy also built numerous reports, dashboards, and KPIs using iReport Designer and JasperSoft, improving customer engagement and sales conversion rate. Nancy later joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Nancy then pursued their Master's degree in IT and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, where they also worked as a Student Worker. Currently, they are with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, where they have held various roles, starting as a Systems and Reporting Analyst and progressing to Director of Business Technology and Systems.
