Agnes Hardison

Agnes Hardison has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Agnes started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 1982, where they held various roles and responsibilities, including as a Credit Executive and a Team Leader in asset-based lending. Agnes then joined Bank of America in 1994 as a Managing Director, overseeing Capital Markets Credit Risk Management and Counterparty Risk. Their work at Bank of America also included positions as Operational Risk Manager and Business Manager. In 2005, they joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as Chief Credit Officer, where they managed all aspects of credit risk, including collateral valuation and approval of secured credit. After that, they became the Senior Business Director, responsible for strategic and regulatory compliance initiatives supporting Sales, Treasury, and Mortgage Capital Markets. Agnes also led the Bank's ESG Working Group.

Agnes Hardison holds a Master of Arts degree in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
