Rachel Cao

Rachel Cao is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk analysis and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since June 2019, Rachel facilitates risk assessments and evaluates the bank's risk profile. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Risk Consultant at Milliman, where responsibilities included designing customized Enterprise Risk Management platforms. At Alliance Logistics Solutions, Rachel conducted marketing research and performed advanced data analysis to identify business opportunities.
