Diane Sell

Diane Sell is an experienced Affordable Housing Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, where Diane has been employed since August 2010. Diane was promoted to Collateral Services Lead in September 2018, following the role of Collateral Services Analyst II, responsible for managing Member Banks' borrowing capacity by analyzing pledged collateral and daily borrowing activities. Prior to this, Diane worked at American National Bank from January 2000 to July 2010 as AVP - Loan Operations, where Diane led the loan department operations and monitored document exceptions.
