Danielle Gohr Phr

Danielle Gohr, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Business Partner Manager - Operations at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since May 2022, providing strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions including Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at DART - Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority and Human Resources Generalist at both Doll Distributing, LLC and Palmer Group. Danielle earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from the University of Northern Iowa between 2006 and 2009.
