Nyra M. Bottley

Nyra M. Bottley, MBA, currently serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines since January 2022. Nyra has previously held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Athene from January 2019 to August 2021, along with a role as IT Project Manager focusing on Risk. Earlier experience includes working at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as an Implementation Consultant 4 and at Alliance Technologies as Senior Project Manager Software Solutions and Senior Consultant. Nyra's career began at IFMC as an Application/Software Programmer and has included various roles such as Business Systems Consultant and Loaned Executive for organizations like United Way of Central Iowa and Robert Half International. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Tulane University.
