Venessa Frost

Venessa Frost is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and client services within the housing industry. Currently serving as a CID Operations Support Analyst II and previously as a Member Services Administrative Coordinator at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis since September 2018, Venessa has also held several roles in earlier positions, including Homeownership Development Liaison at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, where responsibilities included credit report analysis and community outreach. Venessa's experience in leasing management and customer relations spans multiple organizations, including Greystar and Sherwin Williams, demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance, sales, and operational efficiency. Venessa holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
