Bilal Domac

Bilal Domac has extensive experience in the field of software development and communications information systems. Currently serving as the Lead Software Development Engineer in Test at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since 2019, Bilal has previously held positions as a NATO CIS Officer with NATO from 2014 to 2018 and as a CIS Officer with the Naval Forces (Turkey) from 2007 to 2014. Bilal's academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations from Istanbul University, a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Systems Engineering from Turkish National Defense University, and a degree in CIS Engineering from NATO School Oberammergau in Germany.
