Carl Mirrer

Carl Mirrer, PMP, has extensive experience in project management within the banking and financial services sectors, currently serving as a Project Manager for Bank Operations Project Services at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since September 2019. Prior roles include Implementation Project Manager at Fiserv, where Carl focused on onboarding clients and managing project scopes and budgets, and Consultant Project Manager at Israel Discount Bank, leading a successful migration to the Fiserv Cash Management platform. Carl has held various positions across major financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, SEI Investments, BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns, and DTCC, with responsibilities ranging from managing teams and vendor relationships to overseeing significant internal projects. Carl holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
