Edwin Artuz is the Senior Vice President - Director of Human Resources at Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. Edwin has extensive experience in human resources management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Edwin has a background in purchasing management from their previous roles at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager & Flom and Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. Edwin holds a graduate degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University and a bachelor's degree in History from the College of Staten Island.
