Elizabeth Regalado possesses extensive experience in records management. Currently serving as the Records and Information Management Program Administrator at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since March 2019, Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s records management program and developing all related directives. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held positions at Church Pension Group from July 1988 to March 2018, including Assistant Manager and Assistant Electronic Records Manager, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of records management policies and evaluating changes to the Records Retention and Disposition Authority. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University.
