Thomas Irwin

Thomas Irwin is an experienced operational risk management professional with a background in risk control and regulatory management. Currently serving as an Operational Risk Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since February 2015, Thomas is responsible for operational risk management, policy governance, and regulatory management. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at Barclays from July 2012 to February 2015, including Sr. Operational Risk Officer and Sr. Operational Risk Analyst, focusing on risk and control management. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Morgan Stanley specializing in regulatory oversight and a position as Operations Specialist, alongside previous work in athletic department communications at Iona College.
