Matt Presto

Matt Presto is a seasoned professional in credit risk management with extensive experience at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh since August 2012. As Credit Risk Manager in Corporate Risk Management, Matt underwrites new prospective applicants and conducts annual financial reviews of member banks and counterparties to assign internal credit ratings through a comprehensive credit scoring model. Prior to this role, Matt served as an Auditor, performing risk-based internal audits and compliance reviews. From January 2002 to July 2012, Matt was part of S.R. Snodgrass, A.C., where management of over 20 banking clients involved providing internal audits and compliance services to financial institutions across Pennsylvania and Ohio. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1989 and 1993.
