Wendy Gamble (Moustakas), CFA has extensive work experience across various industries. Wendy began their career in 1985 as a Legislative Scheduler for Senator Pete Wilson in the United States Senate. Wendy then worked as a Lobbyist for Commercial Aerospace & Defense at Balzano Associates from 1989 to 1991. Wendy then transitioned to a role as an Executive Assistant to the Secretary of the National Space Council at The White House from 1991 to 1993. In 1996, they joined Barclays Global Investors where they worked in Operations for International Securities Lending until 1999. Wendy then became a Consultant for Product Development, specializing in International Securities Lending at Barclays Global Investors from 1999 to 2002. Wendy briefly worked as a Business Analyst at DevonWay in 2008 before joining Advent Software as a Senior Business Analyst in Product Development for Geneva. Wendy worked at Advent Software from 2008 to 2014 before joining the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as a Senior Business Analyst in IT/Solutions Delivery in 2014. Wendy currently holds the position of Principal Analyst (Workday), Director at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, a role they have held since January 2022.
Wendy Gamble (Moustakas), CFA earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business and Financial Engineering from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, completing their studies between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
In addition to their degrees, Wendy has also obtained several certifications. Wendy earned a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles in December 2005. Wendy also obtained the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from CFA Institute in August 2001. Furthermore, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which they acquired in May 2015.
