Candace Hapgood

Candace Hapgood has extensive experience in risk management within the financial sector. Currently serving as the FVP Director of Enterprise Risk Management at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka since January 2021, Candace previously held roles as AVP, Operations Risk Manager and Sr. Operations Risk Analyst at the same institution from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Candace worked as an Accountant/Auditor at Security Benefit from June 2003 to December 2008. Candace earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Washburn University between 1998 and 2003.
