Alex Chintella

Alex Chintella currently serves as an Administrative Law Judge at the Federal Maritime Commission since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at the Federal Railroad Administration from August 2017 to June 2023, including Assistant Chief Counsel and Deputy Assistant Chief Counsel within the Policy and General Law Branch. Alex began a legal career at Douglas & Boykin, PLLC, where responsibilities included commercial litigation, government contracts, and employment law, serving as an Attorney from February 2008 to July 2017. Alex earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University.
