Paula Shank

Paula Shank is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure implementations, currently employed at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since December 2008. Prior to this role, Paula served as an IT Consultant at Satory Global, focusing on SharePoint architecture for the Department of Justice. Earlier experience includes a position as Sr. SharePoint Developer/Manager at ActioNet, Inc., where responsibilities involved MOSS 2007 implementations for the Department of State, and as an Intranet Services Developer at the American Psychological Association, developing and maintaining a SharePoint intranet portal.
