Chris Fleming

Christian Fleming is an experienced professional in asset management and financial operations, currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management for Federal Realty Investment Trust since December 2007. In this role, Christian oversees operations and strategic growth for a portfolio exceeding $2 billion, encompassing 22 retail properties across Philadelphia and Baltimore. Prior to this position, Christian was the Director of Financial Operations, managing financial decision-making for over 50 retail properties along the Northeast corridor. Christian's previous experience includes serving as Senior Investment Manager at NorthMarq Capital and as an Environmental Consultant in various firms. Christian holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland and a BS in Environmental Studies from The George Washington University.
