Leah Andress Brady

Leah Andress Brady is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Prior to that, they were an Analyst at Phillips Realty Capital from March 2015 to January 2016. Before that, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at FBR Capital Markets & Co. from June 2012 to February 2015. Leah began their career in finance as a Summer Analyst at FBR Capital Markets & Co. in June 2011.

Leah Andress Brady attended Episcopal High School and went on to study finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

They work with Don Briggs - EVP Development, Lance Billingsley - VP Anchor Leasing, and Baris Ipeker - VP Investments, Legal Counsel. Leah Andress Brady reports to Donald C. Wood, President & CEO.
