Michelle Laliberte

Michelle LaLiberte has extensive experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since September 2006, holding various positions including Business Application Manager and RPO Operations Manager, where oversight of daily customer support helpdesk operations is a primary responsibility. Previous roles also include RPO Operations Section Manager, managing call center operations, and RPO Operations Supervisor, overseeing 10 customer service agents and monitoring phone metrics. Early in their career, Michelle served as an RPO Service Desk Specialist, focusing on Check 21 image file monitoring and assisting colleagues with escalated issues. Prior experience includes a role in Savings Bond Customer Support at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis from February 2004 to September 2006. Michelle LaLiberte holds an Associate of Science degree in General Education from Finlandia University and is a graduate of Westview High School.
