Erin Boland is an assistant vice president of risk management for the Main Street Lending Program at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She is responsible for the design and implementation of an effective control framework for the Reserve Bank’s lending facilities, including the management, identification and documentation of a full range of risks related to the program.
Erin joined the Boston Fed in 2006 as a credit risk specialist after working as a bank examiner at the New York Fed for three years. In 2011, she left the Bank to work at PwC and Citizens Bank before returning to Supervision, Regulation & Credit in 2015. Most recently, Erin served as the deputy central point of contact where she assisted the central point of contact in designing and directing the supervisory strategy for the U.S. operations of a large, complex foreign banking organization.
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and holds a master’s in finance from Bentley University. She is also a CFA charterholder.
