Meghan Callahan

Meghan Chagnon Callahan currently serves as the Director of HR Business Partners at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, a position held since December 2019, and previously worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for FedNow. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at BNY Mellon from May 2007 to December 2019, where various roles included VP positions focused on HR business partnerships, employee relations, and consulting, as well as serving as an HR consultant and administrator. Meghan Chagnon Callahan holds a BS/BA in Business Management from Bryant University and an MS in Global Human Resources from Suffolk University.
