Surya Sen

Surya "Surge" Sen is the Vice President of Consumer Compliance & Supervisory Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Previously, Surge held roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as Assistant Regional Director and Chief of the Supervisory Policy Section. Before that, Surge worked as Fair Lending Enforcement Senior Supervisory Analyst at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. With a background in economics, Surge has extensive experience in managing teams, developing policies, and coordinating national training initiatives within the Federal Reserve System. Surge's education includes a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.
