David K. Teeples

David Teeples is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, a position held since 2017, after previously serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to this role, David Teeples worked at Squire Patton Boggs from 2003 to 2016 as an attorney and served as a partner in the firm's Financial Services Group. David's legal career began at Elias, Matz, Tiernan & Herrick L.L.P. from 1997 to 2002. David Teeples holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, as well as a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, both from the University of Oklahoma.
