Robert Alicea

Robert Alicea is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system analysis, technical support, and SharePoint development. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since November 2022, Robert previously held roles at the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where responsibilities included supporting SharePoint initiatives and managing product support. Additional experience includes technical service management at Ballard Spahr LLP and Gramercy Capital Corp., providing multi-level support for numerous clients, and training IT staff on software use. Robert holds an M.S. in Information Technology with a focus on Information Assurance and Security and multiple certifications in IT-related disciplines.
