Jeff Scherr

Jeff Scherr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design and digital product strategy. Currently serving as a Senior UX Strategist and Lead User Experience Designer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since December 2015, Jeff has led design initiatives across various projects while mentoring other designers and facilitating user-centered testing. Prior to this role, Jeff co-founded Trifecta Tech, where responsibilities included design direction and client acquisition. With a diverse background that includes positions as a Principal at Jeff Scherr Illustration and Design and various other design roles in organizations such as NetApp and Advantage Tech, Jeff possesses a strong foundation in both graphic design and user experience. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University, a B.F.A. in Commercial Art from the University of Central Missouri, and additional training in front-end web development.
