Jessica R. has extensive experience in information security, currently serving as an Advanced Information Security Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since May 2016, where Jessica has progressed through several specialist roles. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Balance Innovations as a Solutions Support Specialist from December 2014 to May 2016, and held multiple positions at American Eagle Outfitters from September 2008 to December 2014, including Operations Clerk and Desktop Support Intern. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Cyber Security from Friends University and a Bachelor of Information Systems degree in Computer Forensics from American InterContinental University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Independence Community College.
