Emma Mooney

Emma Mooney is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since November 2022, Emma previously held the position of People & Culture Generalist at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center, where responsibilities included managing the Workday HRIS system and coordinating employee recognition events for over 420 staff members. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Supervisor at KML Law Group, P.C., overseeing payroll processing for 225 employees and facilitating audits, as well as earlier roles at Di Bruno Bros. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Temple University, earned in 2018.
