Carrie Cook is currently serving as the Community Affairs Officer and Vice President, Community Development at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Prior to that, Carrie held the position of Executive Director at GreenLight Fund. With a background in public administration and a focus on economic growth and community development, Carrie has a wealth of experience working with various organizations, including EmpowHERment, Inc., Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, and the United States Senate. Carrie holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
