Roger Baughan

Roger Baughan currently serves as an Intermediate Examiner in the Community and Regional division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Roger was a Principal Financial Analyst at the Virginia State Corporation Commission from June 2006 to October 2023. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Longwood University, obtained between 2001 and 2006, and has furthered professional development at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
