Ian A. Hudson

Ian Hudson is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Federal Signal Corporation since August 2013, Ian previously held positions as Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President and Corporate Controller within the same organization. Prior to Federal Signal, Ian was the Director of Accounting for Latin America and Asia Pacific at Groupon, Inc. from June 2012 to August 2013. Ian began a career at Ernst & Young, where the role of Senior Audit Manager was held from February 2003 to June 2012. Ian Hudson holds a degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
