Randall Schwabacher

Randall Schwabacher, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and accounting roles. Randall started their career as a Training Manager at Macey and Aleman, PC, where they were responsible for creating analytic reports, overseeing day-to-day operations, and conducting training sessions. Randall then worked as a Senior Accountant at Questar Inc., where they handled financial statement preparation, cost analysis, treasury processes optimization, and royalty accounting.

Schwabacher later joined Roosevelt University as a Graduate Student and obtained a Master of Science in Accounting degree. Randall then moved on to Jetstream of Houston, LLP as a Controller, focusing on accounting policy and procedure, budget development, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Randall continued their career at Federal Signal Corporation, where they held the positions of Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting and Business Unit Controller for Jetstream of Houston. At Federal Signal, they were involved in SEC reporting, accounting policies, budget coordination, and financial reporting.

Schwabacher went on to work with TBEI, Inc., a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, where they served as Group Controller and later as Vice President of Finance. Randall was responsible for financial management and control, as well as leading the finance team.

Most recently, Schwabacher held the roles of Director of Operations at FS Solutions and Vice President of Finance at TBEI, Inc., managing financial operations and providing strategic leadership.

Randall Schwabacher, CPA, obtained a Master of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University in 2011. Previous to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago between the years 2006 and 2008.

In addition to their educational background, Randall has obtained several certifications. Randall is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification holder from Purdue University, which they earned in March 2020. In September 2015, they became a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Finally, Randall holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which they obtained in 2012.
