Ghislain Aka

Ghislain Aka, MSTM, MBA, CSMTI, ITIL, FACPPM, CTP, is a seasoned program manager currently leading the Next Gen Enterprise-wide Data Management and Analytics Platform Services program at Federal Student Aid, U.S. Department of Education. With over a decade of experience, Ghislain previously served as a Senior IT Specialist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where leadership included guiding the Open Data initiative and managing federal housing projects. Ghislain has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and held consulting and database administration roles at firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Lockheed Martin. Holding multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Science in Technology Management, Ghislain is equipped with a strong educational foundation to drive IT transformation and strategic initiatives across various organizations.
