Ghislain Aka, MSTM, MBA, CSMTI, ITIL, FACPPM, CTP, is a seasoned program manager currently leading the Next Gen Enterprise-wide Data Management and Analytics Platform Services program at Federal Student Aid, U.S. Department of Education.
