Carole Kearns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT business analysis and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist at Federated Hermes since July 2007. Kearns has held multiple roles in Investment Management, including Lead Business Specialist and IT Operations Business Analyst, focusing on enhancing information systems and supporting the Money Market/Cash Management division. Additionally, Kearns is the owner of Personal Creations For Practical People LLC, where custom-designed fashion jewelry and home decor are created.
