Helen

Helen Ma has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Federated Insurance Company of Canada since September 2013. In this role, Helen has progressed through various titles, including Underwriting Team Lead and Senior Commercial Underwriter, focusing on underwriting and servicing small business accounts while maintaining a profitable book of business. Prior to this, Helen worked as an Associate Risk Analyst at CAA Manitoba and held positions as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker and Insurance Broker, where responsibilities included providing customer service, processing policy changes, and managing claims. Helen holds a Science degree from the University of Manitoba, along with CIP and CRM designations from the Insurance Institute of Manitoba and Global Risk Management Institute, respectively.
